Business Data may be processed by our third-party AI service provider (Anthropic) solely to generate the analysis requested, subject to that provider's own data processing terms. Business Data is retained only as long as necessary to provide the Service or as required by law, and may be deleted upon written request to hello@landedapi.dev, subject to our standard data retention obligations described elsewhere in this Privacy Policy.
5. Artificial Intelligence Processing
Our Services use artificial intelligence to perform tariff classification and trade compliance analysis. This AI-based functionality is provided through Anthropic's Claude API. AI processing is fundamental to the Service you have purchased; opting out of AI processing is not available while using the classification and optimization features of the Service.
6. Disclosure of Your Information
